NORTH PACIFIC UNION (November 21, 2008) — After prayerful consideration Max Torkelsen, II, has accepted the invitation to serve as the next North Pacific Union president.

NORTH PACIFIC UNION (November 19, 2008) — The North Pacific Union Conference executive committee in its quarterly meeting on November 19, voted to invite Max Torkelsen, II, to accept the position of NPUC president, left open since the death of Jere Patzer in October.
